Perfect for our stay

Carol’s apartment was perfect for our stay in St. Andrew for our daughter’s graduation. It was an easy walk to everywhere we went wanted to visit. It was fun to walk into a place decorated for the holidays. We were also happy with the details that went into planning a comfortable stay away: a bottle of champagne and local treats, a fancy Nespresso coffee maker, double walled glasses, insulated coffee mugs, games, and loads more. I highly recommend booking with Carolyn. When I return to St. Andrews I definitely will.

Outstanding

Outstanding accommodation in St Andrew’s with all the amenities and within an easy walk to everything in town. Very clean and tidy with all the appointments you need. Easy parking out the front and lots of great restaurants within an easy stroll. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to St Andrew’s for either golf, the university or just an escape.

Wonderful Stay

Had a wonderful stay at Carolyn’s house - excellent location, short walk to the town and beaches but in a quiet secluded close which was great for us with small children. Lots of lovely extras

We really enjoyed our stay at Carolyn’s place - it was really well fitted out and with lots of lovely extras The welcome basket was great as was having a coffee machine The robes and bath towels were an added bonus and fortunately we didn’t need to use the umbrellas that were provided The hot tub was fab and plastic glasses were provided for using in it I would highly recommend Carolyn place and I would definetly book again Carolyn was very responsive and proactive as a host and check in was super easy too 😄

Great Property, Great Location

We travelled to St Andrews over New Year and had a great time at the property. Very walkable into St Andrews town and about 10 mins from East Sands beach. We had a small maintenance issue with the kitchen sink, which couldn't be repaired whilst we were there, most likely due to a lack of available of plumbers at the time of year. This was inconvenient, but Carolyn was constantly in contact and tried her best to solve the issue, even on New Year's day. Overall, a great property, in a great location.

Absolutely gorgeous house in the best location to all the shops & restaurants. House is equipped with the best quality and everything that’s needed and more. Very comfortable and cosy. Hot tub is a great wee bonus & so was the basket filled with lovely wee goodies to nibble on and drink. Absolutely recommend this property and will definitely be returning.

Wonderful newly renovated three bedroom apartment a short walk away from the middle of town and 15 minutes from the Old Course. Spotless and very convenient and comfortable for four adults. Excellent Facilities

This is a great apartment, a few minutes walk from the centre of town. It’s finished to a really high standard with excellent facilities (the Nespresso machine and capsules were appreciated). The beds were very comfortable. Communication with Carolyn was very efficient and we had no difficulties. This was our second visit and we would definitely stay again.

Modern, super clean and well-equipped house with hot tub that is hot and works - what more do you want? Great shower, lovely toilets, fab kitchen. Responsive and flexible host, parking and super easy check in, thankfully as we were very delayed! Just sad our daughter has left uni or we would be back. Recommended.

Loved our stay!

The location was perfect with just a short walk to Market, North & South streets and the Old Course, but far enough away to still feel quiet and relaxing. Great house in a great location. Really quiet residential area but minutes from town, beach, castle etc. Hot-tub was amazing and the house in general was so well equipped - coffee machine, excellent TVs, speaker system integrated in the living room ceiling and loads of nice candles which my wife loved.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay, house is beautiful, hot tub was very relaxing. Also there's an xbox which kept me entertained. Bedrooms managed to stay warm when it was freezing outside and it was already decorated for christmas.

Well appointed and extremely clean

Carolyn’s townhouse is completely updated, well appointed and extremely clean. Although the 3 bedrooms upstairs share one full bath, the layout of the bathroom is roomy with a separate tub and shower so one does not feel crowded. We prepared and cooked an American Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. Everything we could have possibly needed for preparation of our meal was on hand. The Bosch appliances are new and all in good working order. The refrigerator is full sized. The floors are heated which makes for a comfy morning in blustery weather! Parking is convenient and free which is difficult to find in St. Andrews.

Really nicely renovated property in quiet and welcoming location, close to town (and Janetta's! :-)). Would easily sleep 8, without feeling full, with lots of different "areas" in the house. Would definitely go back.
